Fireguard for log burner

The brief

To create a fireguard that surrounded a log burner. The customer wanted the fireguard to be fixed in place with a door to access the log burner. They wanted it to protect their grandchildren from accessing the fire. The design brief was to incorporate fir trees and their cottage into the design. 

The design

We worked from photographs suppled by the customer to create a design which followed their brief. The design was then split accross 4 panels and 1 door. The guard was made to be permanently fixed in place.
